Just an utter turnoff to me how much Uber will popup, nag, and advertise to me while I am TRYING to buy something. Muscle memory should be rewarded but it’s punished.
No email newsletter pop-ups, no NetPromoter nag after every interaction, no cookie consents, searchable knowledgebases, fast loadtimes.
Would be a shame if we made the web agentic for humans too.
It has transcended frustration into hilarity how little @Uber_Support knows about their own product, including their own Support UI.
This chat began over a promotion code error, but now we are discussing how I should attach a screenshot showing that I cannot attach screenshots.
Does anyone actually know how to troubleshoot these? Do `/mcp`s vend `/skills`? Vice versa? Are MCPs superceded by skills? Why does the single codex_apps MCP have a zillion skills, and every startup a random one is broken? Non-deterministic APIs rock.
