Based in Heysham info@abreathforlife runs as a charity a hyperbaric chamber offering addition oxygen therapy to many patients treating MSK, neurological conditions and patients recovering from cancer therapy. Their results can be very impressive. Itβs scientifically interesting

5.00am: Wake up
5.15am: Cup of tea, then coffee
5.30am: Soft tissue massage
6.00am: Breakfast
6.30am: Gym warm-up
7.00am: Putting practice
7.20am: Range work
8.00am: Tee off
[Plays round]
1.00pm: Finish round
1.05pm: Sign scorecard, media
1.30pm: Lunch
2.30pm: Post-round practice (if needed)
[Heads to his own recovery RV]
3.30pm: Recovery bike (with fresh oxygen)
4.00pm: Cold (and maybe hot) plunge
4.10pm: Steam shower
4.20pm: Infrared Sauna
4.30pm: Red light therapy bed
5.00pm: Travels to rental home
[Time in the rental house]
8.00pm: Gets pin placement notification
8.05pm: Yardage book notes and study
9.00pm: "Work day" finished
Rinse. Repeat.
