This is exciting. @Uprtcl legally registered two blockchain LLCs in Vermont via @DAOstack using new laws that enable companies to be governed on public ledger. One LLC represents the community while the other represents founders, investors, and contributors. #e2c from inception!

This really pulls together a number of existing communities. The vision is inspiring for folk already simultaneously active in public ledger, P2P, and E2C.
Kudos to @pepoospina and @5thingol for their work over the past two years to get things to this momentous step.
