How I'd like the AI revolution to go:
- Company lays off employees for AI
- Every developer laid off buys AI subscription, and creates the product that fixes "that one feature" their product/customer needed
- Customers leave Company for small start-up with the fix they need
Dear @SlackHQ I still hate who you handle clicking on notifications, especially when I have a pop-out for the conversation already... bring that pop-out to focus, don't bring the main app, switch workspaces, and then switch active channels... that is dumb. kthxbye
Deploying k8s using AWS EKS
There is a desire to move teams to AWS accounts to reduce blast radius.
Do I setup each account with a cluster, OR each account just spin up node-groups and add themselves to the main cluster (through transit-gateways)?
The last hold out for my wallet being fully digital (besides a little carry cash) is my @Costco card for pumping gas. They really need to get it into NFC or optical scan.
Why not use their visa? Because I don't do credit cards, plain and simple.
What single board computer solutions are out there since Raspberry Pi is sold out and not coming back anytime soon? Need to setup a unit in a manufacturing plant with a few NFC scanners attached (USB-A)
Hey @cupboptruck, a few tips to make @doordash not have to refund your orders as much:
1) label your foods, so customers (and maybe your staff) know what they are getting.
This is especially important for food allergens like gluten, soy, etc.
Finally, maybe have a quick lesson to folks you hire to drive to make sure they understand how a map works.
I know my neighborhood is a strange layout, but it isn't THAT hard to find a house on a map... Right?
Just got my replacement order, and surprise surprise... Still nothing is labeled... Missing items... And no clue if this is even actually gluten free.
Thanks for nothing @DoorDash and @cupboptruck
