🎉Mini article. I turned the styling of my code snippets on the blog to a proper theme that you can use 😇 I already had a version of them in my editor, so I thought... why not share them? utilitybend.com/blog/bringin…

An update on <rangegroup>: I shared anonymised feedback from the form, what changed in the explainer (e.g., disabled state), and why I still need you to make noise. Community feedback is priority number 1 at this point. utilitybend.com/blog/rangegr…

🚀 I didn't think I'd start the year with another demo on customizable select, but people should know about the upcoming things. The multiselect might still be a bit further down the road, but the size attribute updates should be shipped with Chrome 145.😍 utilitybend.com/blog/an-upda…

I've been working a bit with Tailwind lately, and without jumping into a rage article, I took some time to gather my thoughts. It's not my favourite tool, but why? Here is an honest article on that: utilitybend.com/blog/why-tai…

Barbecue, D&D, and UI. This episode is packed with my favourite things. But one thing I'm extremely happy about is that @ShopTalkShow talked about <rangegroup> from #OpenUI. Thank you for the nice words as well! Let's make this happen. youtube.com/watch?v=rx3gQkRZ…

Been going back and forth with @Google support for my phone that was under so called extended warranty for a pink line... One month since it started, no decent answers, phone travelled to Poland 2 times and returned... I really expected better 😔

It's about this info, my phone was so called eligible for the fix. But maybe if it gets stalled enough with bureaucracy the problem solves itself 😅 support.google.com/pixelphon…

🚀 There should be a native way to have more than one thumb on a range slider. For this, I need your help. I created a starting point and would love you all to talk about it and give some feedback. utilitybend.com/blog/a-nativ…

🚀The new CSS sibling-index() and sibling-count() functions let us create staggered animations, dynamic color palettes, and even complex circular layouts with ease. I wrote about my first experiments with these fantastic new CSS additions. So much fun! ♥️ utilitybend.com/blog/styling…

If you thought we were done with View Transitions, guess again! Chrome is working on “Scoped View Transitions” which allow you to scope a VT to a subtree of the DOM. This unlocks things like concurrent VTs and prevents layering issues. Thread on 🦋: bsky.app/profile/bram.us/pos…
