@ITCHotelsCares My recent stay at ITC Grand Goa was disappointing and far below expectations. The pillows had stains (photo attached). Staff showed no concern when I reported it. In-room dining coffee was served in a visibly stained cup — completely unhygienic.
Some other issues:
No coffee machine in room.
Bathroom glass door had gaps that let insects in.
Having stayed here last year, the decline in standards is alarming. I had planned to return later this year, but after this experience, I won’t be.
@airindia Disappointing service from airindia. No one willing to guarantee that senior citizen with fractured limb will be provided wheelchair assistance to the seat, even if I am willing to pay for the service.
This is in stark contrast with other international airlines where I have had a much better service multiple times. No wonder @airindia is the last choice for most frequent flyers despite their new aircrafts being decent.

@dragonmart horrible experience buying a ride on car.I had to follow up for a week after the purchase to get the item installed. After installation it did not work for a single minute. This is sheer loot in the guise of business. Now they say 7 days are over so they can't refund.
Terrible miscommunication from @CareHospitalsIn Mother(67) took 1 dose at that hosp,they said yesterday can walk in for 2nd dose. Today they refused.Last time we had registered on cowin but majority had not.The apathy shown is unacceptable.@TelanganaHealth@ts_health
@ACTFibernet I live in Hyderabad and have been getting very poor net speed. My plan is a max 1325 6m. It is supposed to give 150mbps speed but only gives around 15. I am willing to spend more if required but can you please provide me with proper internet speed?
@ACTFibernet when I try to upgrade the plan it does not allow me. Is there no way for someone to get decent internet speed? How is someone supposed to get work done from home if all you provide is 10mbps (that after having charged me for 150!). This is pathetic service.

@AirAsiaSupport My mom had booked a roundtrip from Delhi to Bali, Mar 27-Apr 1.The flight has a 3 hour stop at Kuala Lumpur. Given the current situation of coronavirus, international travel is not advised especially through Malaysia. Can we expect refund on flight cancellation?
@Airtel_Presence horrible service with Airtel dth. asked.for mega hd pack to be deactivated on 18th Aug. Still kept active and being charged for it. Customer care can't even find the conversation I had on 18th.
@Airtel_Presence person who spoke on 18th apologized and said mega hd pack would be deactivated in 24hrs. Yet I was charged for it. Priyanka Chauhan who spoke today couldn't find that conversation. I asked for an interaction id of today's conversation she said she wouldn't sms it
Have now abandoned hope of the AC being installed today, exactly 7 days after the purchase. Pathetic service @Samsung @Samsung_IN @SamsungHelp_IN . Service people continue to arrogantly ignore calls. This will be the last time I purchase a Samsung product.
