$ for American Red Cross,
Bottled/gallon jugs of water, toiletries, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food items, and diapers/wipes

JV and Varsity (mandatory) tryouts begin Monday morning 8:00-10! Athletes must have a physical dated after May 1. Bring a water bottle and eat bfast! We recommend running shorts and regular tennis shoes for the conditioning portions. It's officially VB season, Go Bearcats!

VMS Volleyball will be having open gyms at VHS this summer. These are open to Any middle school athlete grades 6-8! The dates for June are 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 27, 29, 3:30-5:30 each day.
