Our Kusama Augsburg validator was offline for close to a day because of a faulty RAM module, which was replaced now.

Our tezos baker runs again. We had some problems with our alert configuration and completely redone them, so we get notified sooner when something breaks.

We did a major server upgrade for our Polkadot validator as well as for 2 of 4 Kusama validators.

Our tezos baker was offline for about 4 hours. This was caused by our provider and despite maximum available SLA. The payout to our nominators will be as high as if our baker would have been online the whole round. We will take the loss. Thank you for your trust.

Our Polkadot and Kusama payouts weren't on time. This was caused by an unreliable RPC server. This is fixed now.

Our Kusama Validator "Berlin" was offline due to an error related to the hardware. The validator runs again, but we are still investigating what caused it.

This morning validator Kusama Augsburg was chilled. We apologize. Disk space ran full and our monitoring service, which would have warned us long before, sent old data due to an error that didn't terminate the service. We will bring the validator back online soon.

Because of a bug in the kusama software our Kusama validator "Berlin" is chilled. We keep it offline for the day to do some maintenance and switching the database to paritydb.

We had an incident today. We appeared offline to the Kusama network and got chilled. We got everything working again and discuss improvements to prevent this in the future. In two eras we are validating on Kusama again.

All our validators are off Hetzner now, except Kusama Berlin, which will soon follow.
