The data best suited to validate a hypothesis? It's useful to think of options as a ladder of evidence types: anecdotal, descriptive, & scientific. This is very different from the alliterative trope of: descriptive > diagnostic > descriptive > predictive. youtu.be/u_TPEpxou6E
