Surprised to see Rs.460 Cr fund infusion in a zero business Rs.150 Cr MCap Company?. Yes,that's happening in Transchem Ltd,the Co.owned by the same promoters of Crest Ventures .What is more interesting is the pedigree of the Co infusing Rs.356 Cr out of this Rs.460 Cr.
