Just heard a great talk by Stavros @sta_makro here at #PlantGenomicsGE: using Machine Learning to select samples which are relevant to specific traits. Clear step forward in using gene expression to predict gene function!
Tomorrow I'll give a talk at #PlantGenomicsGE in Rotterdam on using machine learning to analyze crossovers in plant genomes. Looking forward to meet my colleagues!
