Consider how dumb this would sound in any other artistic context. You go to a museum and put on a pair of glasses that changes the paintings. You go to a concert and put on headphones that changes the music. Gaming is tech adjacent in a way that produces really stupid ideas

There's a future where you and your graphics card decide what a game looks like, not the developers. Read the full story: trib.al/gQsdOCx

When you forget your friends birthday, but get them a really nice card and send it months late anyway, hoping that they forgive you. (Love you PvZ 😆💀🌱)

I used to have to separate these guys on the shelf, but with the band getting back together I can relax. #Oasis

I am so conflicted about Twitter/X. On the one hand, I want to talk to and share things with my friends and artists I work with/admire. On the other hand, holy shit, this is a terrible dumpster fire that bums me out on the regular.

Epic supports the Screen Actors Guild’s view that game companies shouldn’t receive generative AI voice training rights on dialog recording sessions. If a company wants to offer to license an actor’s or actress’s voice for generative AI training, there should be a very clear and specific contract for that, they should be free to say “no” (perhaps in stronger words!) and if they agree then they should be compensated accordingly. gamedeveloper.com/production…

Ah. Shannon Tindle worked on... Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Curious George, Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings, and now Ultraman Rising... The man has worked on what I think are some of the most lovingly-animated works known to MAN.

I had a chance to chat with my good friend @breadwig on his Pomade Jam show. Just two bearded friends chatting about a cool song and music video and creative stuff. Rambling for sure, but I had fun. :) youtube.com/watch?v=JhecizJX…

I had a chance to catch Ultraman: Rising over the Father's Day weekend with two of my kids. We all loved it. Heart, humor, and incredible action. Those shots! Those character designs! We need more movies like this. Great job @ShannonTindle_1

My good friend @breadwig reminded me of this video today, and I had forgotten just how cool it was. The song rocks. The video rocks. When it kicks in I dare you not to get the zoomies. :) youtube.com/watch?v=WgVdPN0T…

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there, but specifically the ones in game development. I know from experience that this industry can make you feel guilty for not being at work, but it’s ok to treat this as a job and put your life first. Passion, not obligation. ❤️💪🎮

11 yrs ago, we showed off an odd and unexpected game at E3. What should have been the most offensive cash-grab of all time (EA takes beloved tower defense game, makes a shooter!?)ended up being a project driven by heart and an engaged dev team. Fond memories. Thanks for playing.

The final wall when E3 closed. We were exhausted, but the team crushed it and we had gotten them some attention. @damascus111 and I in this pic had been awake for a few days straight. We were but a small part, but it felt huge to put the team in a spot to succeed.
