Tezos Domains needs to fix this huge issue with its system.
Expired domains remain in the users account until somone else buys them. They can’t burn / disassociate themselves from it.
If the system is built for perpetuity then why not embrace the ENS methodology?

Unlisted every single piece of art I had made or collected on @objktcom, @TeiaCommunity & @fx_hash_ , the number is in the hundreds. Total collection in the thousands.
@tezos has failed to retain its value in the time and talent invested by artists over the years.

Watched ‘Man with a Movie Camera’ for the first time today.
Really puts meaning into the word inspiring.
Anything that makes a non-filmmaker want to make films or write a score contains a rare type of energy. So much of art is about consumption but this was about inspiration.

One of the reasons basic workshops are key is that even now many artists think minting on Teia helps them. It doesn’t .
Only Swapping on Teia ensures 2.5% goes to them (ie. the multisig) after a sale.
Swapping/Accepting Offers on Objkt sends 5% to its Treasury (0 to Teia).

The more I disconnect from normalcy the more free jazz starts getting clearer.
I cannot fathom how this as a genre was played to urban elite audiences.
To me it sounds like the soundtrack of the disheveled, the disenfranchised and those who’d rather run in the forest naked.

Artists, burn all the art you can.
Collectors, ask cabal artists for refunds.
Marketplaces, give up & shut down.
Blockchain, fire all employees.
Founders, repent for your sins.

I find the @foundation drama ridiculous given how much users have paid in ETH gas fees over the years & artists with their livelihood.
It’s a failure of blockchain design with decentralisation posing as the convenient scapegoat in the whole equation.

With both @foundation & @fx_hash_ giving apocalyptic news this week here’s a suggestion for artists on those platforms:
Check your NFT metadata (CID - Content Identifier) on the blockchain explorer. Looks like “ipfs://Qm...” or “ipfs.io/ipfs/Qm...”
