There is a lot more to say about this matter, namely, how Saint Pope Zosimus could contradict himself, how Carthage could be received by the Christian world, how Pelagius could be universally condemned, but these are pursuits for another time.

This thread has sufficiently proven that Pelagius' condemnation at the Council of Carthage 418 was uncanonical. This is one domino toppled in what will result in the rehabilitation of a man who has been unfairly tarnished by historical misrepresentation.
