Personal win, no meds, just hard work. Since Dec 2023, Iโ€™m down 23lbs, and today hit a PR on my deadlift. The bar 40lbs 8 reps x 3 sets. Itโ€™s not much but itโ€™s progress Iโ€™ll take. Itโ€™s also been 7 months since my last migraine episode. #wehackhealth
