When we invest in young people, we invest in a healthier, more confident, and gender-equitable world for all. To commemorate #NationalYouthDay 2024, C3 hosted the Youth Catalyst Conclave in Ranchi, Jharkhand - celebrating Jharkhand’s journey of adolescent empowerment over the past two decades, highlighting both the gains and areas of further investment around adolescent well-being in the state. The conclave also amplified the inspiring stories of young people from various districts in Jharkhand. Rajya Sabha member @maji_mahua highlighted the importance youth-centered programming, while Dr @ZoyaAliRizvi, Deputy Commissioner (Nutrition), Ministry of Health and Welfare, spoke about the need for adolescent mental health support. For over 18 years, C3 has worked with young people in Jharkhand to bolster their agency, life skills, and wellbeing, while ensuring they stay in school and delay marriage.
