loved this. so many amazing takeaways in here, but the core thesis stands out:
- comms is a lasting human moat: persuasion, trust, and making people want you to win stays uniquely human
- design/format are secondary. the what (truth mission) and the how (clarity charisma) beat the where (podcast/blog/X).
We are all reputational Karens. We want to put things in their proper place!
