I can't stop thinking about Viktor… and my girl is starting to get jealous.
But I don’t care.
All the things we've done... all the things we'll do together. It's going to be amazing.
My relationship with Viktor is a lot like my earlier relationship with Twitter.
Download it, don’t understand it, delete it, then come back two months later and not realize how I’ve lived my whole life without it.
Some things Viktor does:
- Runs my payroll every two weeks. Learned each employee's comp structure on its own.
- I sent one message: "Create a sheet, share it with the team, and schedule a Slack message assigning this as a task for Monday at 9am." Done in 3 minutes.
- An employee left the company. Viktor found 100 orphaned tasks, sorted them, and reassigned or closed every single one.
- Built a KPI tracker for my entire team. Auto-populates every week by pulling data from Slack, Asana, and Google Sheets.
- Tracks my outbound team's daily Slack recaps and auto-fills the company tracking sheet. Eliminated manual data entry for my team.
- Manages PTO for my whole company. Updates accruals, logs approved requests, keeps the sheet clean every month.
- "Pull the Fathom recording from yesterday's call and send it to Stephanie for context." Done.
- Drafts team communications that I literally just copy, paste, and send.
- Sends me a report every Monday morning covering every employee and every client. Flags what needs my attention.
That's the first week.
Oh by the way,
@get_viktor_com is an AI tool.
The only downside is that it's NOT cheap. It's a pay-per-credit model.
Which means I need more credits! I'll drop a referral link below. We'll each get 10,000 free credits if you connect it to Slack.
