Kielder's birds of prey centre is open daily 10.30am to 4pm with 2 flying demos a day to the end of October. November to March 11am to 3pm, only closed on Christmas Day! From cute owls to enormous eagles – it is really worth a visit! More here visitkielder.com/visit/kield…

Visitors are currently unable to access the Janus Chairs & Forest Head (Silvas Capitalis) on the north shore. Repairs and maintenance are needed at both sites. Good news - many of our walking & cycling routes including Lakeside Way have reopened. visitkielder.com/news/2022/0…

NOTE - The Lakeside Way section between Kielder Waterside and Hawkhirst has been closed while inspection work is carried out on Mounces Bridge, to the west of Kielder Waterside. Signs are in place asking visitors not to use this section. More info ill be posted when available.
