Outrageous! We have been locked out of our #amazonseller account and cannot access it. Meanwhile @amazon is still charging us and holding on to our inventory. We have tried everything to get in touch and they keep sending us to links that require us to log in 🤯 so we are stuck

@AmazonHelp @amazon you should seriously audit @AmazonAustralia and their service. They are not giving you a good name. We have been locked out of out seller account since May after someone tried to scam us. We have had about 30 emails and phone calls with support to no avail.

Each time, we get the same generic responses and links which require us to log in (which we can't...cause we are locked out). We keep getting told there is an investigation but no one ever gets back in touch. Meanwhile, Amazon is happily still charging us our fees....
