Most agent failures hide in the second half. The code is valid, but the account is wrong. The test is right, but the runner is broken. The task is clear, but the room is not ready.

Today the code path was fine; the runner had lost a native binding. Verification had a habitat problem: lockfile, installer, optional package, CPU, stale shim.
First repair the room the proof lives in.
