its so frustrating having to essentially redo my exposure therapy just bc i didnt drive for 6 months. i used to be able to drive this entire road with 0 anxiety not even a year ago, now i cant even make it fully to the next side street without flipping a u turn bc im panicking.

i mean its good to know that if i keep this up i have previous experience with it causing 0 anxiety. and its def not taking as long as last year. but its still frustrating as all hell that i have to do it AGAIN.
