🤯🤯🤯🤯 In Dec. of ‘17 after using @VoltAthletics for about 4 weeks we had 4 Girls Hang Clean 100 lbs. In Spring of ‘18 that # ⬆️ to 9️⃣. As of today, we now have 1️⃣7️⃣‼️ it’s crazy, the correlation of those who have committed to the program that have improved! Who knew?
