Fifteen amazing volunteers showed up to doorbell today, and together we reached over 1,000 doors across four neighborhoods. Didn't manage to get pics with everyone, but I'm beyond grateful.

This is a huge honor! @KccClaudia  has served on King County Council since 2015, she is the former Bellevue Mayor, and an acclaimed leader for housing, transportation and much more. I'm thrilled for the opportunity to work alongside Councilmember Balducci serving our region.

A close family member was a victim of gun violence, and I lost a childhood friend in the 2017 Las Vegas shooting. Gun violence is affecting way too many lives, especially in black and brown communities. I'll work with those communities and leaders like @LizBerryWA to solve this.

We filmed a 30sec ad with 20 amazing volunteers, one of whom captured some behind-the-scenes moments. I love that my team makes me laugh and at least pretends to laugh at my jokes 🤷‍♀️ Not pictured, the absolute downpour that added some character to the rest of the film session.

Surprise to probably no one, I love animals. I've been supporting animal rights for years, including as a volunteer board member for @DoneyCoeClinic, providing care to animal companions of people experiencing homelessness. Thank you @HumaneVotersWA! 🐾
