Lots of people asked how I used Fable to edit its own launch video so I made a video about that! TLDR it wrote a lot of code & tool calls to use transcription services, ffmpeg, do colorgrading, use the figma mcp, make remotion UI and render it. I didn't touch a video editor.

Every time GitHub has an outage our team is paged. Incidents at Vercel get automatically filed by anomaly detection systems. We just detected an outage 16 minutes before their status page changed. Deployments suddenly dipped and surged. Despite all the chatter about coding AGI, the reality is that software infrastructure remains an extremely hard problem. I have no doubt the GitHub team is highly competent, and there's no shortage of models and agents available to them. Don't forget this is the company that brought us Copilot, the first major breakthrough product in AI coding. Yet clearly the prompt "/goal scale GitHub, make everything extremely fast, make no mistakes" is not enough. Bon je tente un appel. Le 13 avril, j'ai oublié dans mon train Marseille > Paris un petit sac en toile avec 2 petits cartons dedans, contenant pour près de 2500 euros de matériel électronique (Raspberry Pi, batterie, carte SD, Nvidia Jetson, des mini écrans, des moteurs, des composants imprimés en 3D, etc.). Ce matériel, c'était tout mon travail pendant 2 mois pour mes prochaines vidéos YouTube, pour construire mon mini robot. Le train : TGV INOUI 6112 (Si quelqu'un peut vérifier où est allé ce train après ? Je suis sûr et certain que le train n'a pas bien été fouillé avant de repartir, parce que vu la tête du matériel dedans, ils auraient fait appel aux démineurs directement : c'était rempli de fils électriques et de trucs noirs. Je suis sur que le sac est dans un truc objet trouvé chez la SNCF quelque part, mais où impossible de savoir :( ....... Il y a mon nom et prénom sur les cartons .... ) Evidemment le temps de repartir dans le train, les contrôleurs à l'entrée du quai ne m'ont pas laissé remonter pour récupérer mes affaires, sous prétexte que le train "va repartir là pour Lyon et on connaît les techniques pour frauder hein". (Je sais pas si c'était vraiment le même train mais je pense...) J'ai fait toutes les démarches d'objet trouvé sur la @SNCFVoyageurs, .... Aux objets trouvés de la Gare de Lyon, ils n'ont rien. Et impossible d'appeler les objets trouvés de la gare de Lyon Perrache pour leur demander. (Je suis sûr que si la SNCF a fait son travail de fouille, le sac devrait être là-bas...) Dans le sac, il y avait 2 petits cartons avec mon nom, prénom et adresse, mais j'ai attendu et je n'ai eu aucun contact. Je suis dégoûté.
