❗️LFO (Project) – VCL MENA / LFT – ANY REGION❗️ Over the last 3 weeks I was working on a VCL MENA project. The initial plan was to build a competitive roster with 2 import players and 3 MENA players, supported by a solid budget and staff structure, with the goal of competing for trophies. At the final stage, the conditions were changed on the organization’s side, including a ~3x budget reduction, which made it impossible to continue the project in a way that aligns with my priorities. These changes were partly related to shifts in the MENA ecosystem and budget adjustments within the Saudi eLeagues, but they were communicated very late, close to the roster lock. I've got a decent offer to stay, but it doesn't satisfy me since I'm willing to win and not to just compete. Under these conditions, continuing the project would not lead to the results I aim for. The roster was close to completion and fully aligned with my vision. I’m now looking for an organization interested in taking over a ready-to-launch project, which includes: - 2 ex-VCT import players; - Ex-MENA Champion Assistant Coach; - Full scouting and negotiations with players across the MENA region; - Huge experience in roster building on my side, clear vision of the future roster. I’ve spoken with many motivated MENA players during this process and have a strong understanding of the regional talent pool. I’m confident this project can quickly turn into a region contender. ardiis, on the KOI situation: "KOI didn't give the players a break clause. Every contract has a clause where you can kick a player after 3 months salary. The KOI players didn't have that. They couldn't get rid of them. "When you get benched on any org, your salary is cut in half. KOI didn't have that either. They were being paid in full while on the bench. A player took a vacation to Hawaii with full paid salary" obviously have to paraphrase bc its ardiis but you get the idea what do YOU think of this?
