Saquon was literally the piece that got PHI their Super Bowl. Seahawks are not winning the SB this year without KWIII balling out in the playoffs.
Sure, RBs need infrastructure around them to succeed. Doesn't mean they don't contribute to winning. They are a ceiling raiser.
