CTO vs Non-technical founder when hiring a QA Tester meme I had a call with a CTO, and he decided to move forward based on the non-technical founder's "Final" decision not to hire QA solely due to cost considerations. Who do you believe is the most suitable individual to make decisions when hiring a technical professional? For me, the CTO knows best when it comes to technicalities. Why would a non-technical co-founder have the final say when hiring technical staff? If you need a QA Tester, get it!
