if you're hiring in sales someone with no sales experience will almost always outperform someone with sales experience most will disagree with me here but, it's all about the ability to influence a given market it's never about sales knowledge OR sales playbooks it's simply -- is the person sitting in front of you have enough of what it takes to influence a given exec target

RBA forecasts - which see slightly slower grth than in May, unemployment at 4.3% & inflation at target - are predicated on further gradual rate cuts to 2.9% next yr. Without that inflation would likely be lower & unemp higher. So we continue to expect 0.25% cuts in Nov,Feb & May
