The way the kids light up when they are rewarded for their effort was great! They loved meeting our author. Even reading her poetry made them excited for more reading!! It was an honor to work with a great team and wonderful students @HopperMS #Hoppertunity

While working on poetry set up a process to lead to a theme. Then have them talk about it. The kiddos really liked working on poetry and writing on the board! Analyzing poetry can be fun and engaging for all students!
