Why were court orders that were made at a hearing later changed significantly in @Nominet's favour? Nominet's barrister was asked to draw them up. The ones written up are not the same as the ones the Judge made.

Nominet misled members after losing in court earlier this month. Instead of telling the truth, @Nominet falsely blamed the court for their own errors. Spokesman @willguyatt then wrongly denied that costs orders had been set aside.
