Tone Seoul was responsible for the looks Jin (and BTS) wore for much of their first leg of tour! Tone Seoul is a Korean studio focused on creating custom looks for K-Pop artists.
These may reappear throughout the rest of the tour, but as of June 12, these two looks were used in the following shows:

I hope they'll post more about these specific pieces, but in my searching, Jin's jacket looks like a custom take on their Horseshoe Crab Zip-Up Hoodie ($648)
