1/ A woman discovered her ex husband was defrauding health insurance companies for millions. She tried bringing him to justice. It didn’t go as expected.

You do. I’ve met moms held in cells w their young kids before you take them. Seen the kids behind cyclone fences after you’ve “unaccompanied” them. I'll think about responding to your other points (and your first post!), but that’s too much for this thread right now. I also feel bad that this is somewhat negative. I haven't offered many solutions here, but open to discussing with anyone that has some ideas!

Those are the two pieces that made me think most about it and decoupling employment from insurance, but I'm not sure how you get there without staring over from scratch. Going state by state hasn't worked necessarily either (see Vermont).
