One year of daily meditation with @Headspace! I can't recommend it enough. The level of mindfulness I feel while meditating tracks with my general mental well-being. If I have a few bad sessions in a row, I know I need to take care of myself.

When I was growing up, I knew all of our neighbors didn't believe the same thing. But I didn't fear them. As a grown brown man, with 2 brown children, I have started to fear people I don't know. I fear tomorrow. Vote for the voiceless. Vote for what it means to be American.

This whole thing is just making me sad. I know people love to shit on Twitter, but I am willing to admit that I love it. When it becomes irrelevant, which is all but guaranteed at this point, it will be a great loss.
