Oh Pat, the giant 70 pound pacific octopus, thinks she’s quite the cheeky comedian! She had me locked down in her hickey-making, tentacles and gave me quite a soaking! Nearly 4 gallons of water with each squirt! It’s why I love filming these marvelous cephalods @AlaskaSeaLife

Today I time traveled back 1000 years for a reenactment scene we shot on a Viking vessel, off of Norway! It took me almost 15 minutes to grow that beard!

Stirring yet ominous, eerily beautiful yet profoundly tragic. I stumbled onto a dead gray whale that had washed into a freshwater river in Alaska. It had starved to death, one of 40 dead whales along the Pacific coast. Likely culprit - climate change!

So why do we have such a crappy planetary plastic Catastrophe? Just ordered room service @HiltonWaikoloa @HiltonHotels in hawaii. About a 1/3 days worth of calories, served in plastics that’ll last about 400 yrs in a landfill. The irony, I’m here for an environmental conference.
