Update on Erika Girardi trial: The parties submitted a stipulation to substitute the buyer LHA Land LLC owned by Adam Beal as the new Plaintiff. This ends the jurisdictional issue as there is diversity jurisdiction as Beal is a citizen of Minnesota, EJ is of California. Pretrial Conference May 7, trial May 19. Erika is out of cards at this point.

A bankruptcy court approved the sale of a legal claim connected to Erika Jayne that could be worth up to about $25 million, but it was sold for $2 million. What the claim alleges It argues that: • Money from Girardi’s law firm was used to pay Erika Jayne’s personal and business expenses • That money is now considered tainted by fraud because Girardi stole or misused client funds from widows, orphans, and burn victims • Therefore, those payments to Erika may be treated as “fraudulent transfers” A bankruptcy trustee is trying to recover money for victims of Tom Girardi’s fraud. One potential avenue is a lawsuit arguing that Erika received money from Girardi’s law firm that should be repaid because it was allegedly funded through fraud. Instead of the trustee spending years and resources pursuing the case themselves, they sold the rights to it for $2 million upfront. So now: • The trustee gets $2 million immediately for victims • A private company takes over the lawsuit • If they win or settle for more, they keep the additional money Erika’s position is: She is accused of receiving money tied to Girardi’s firm, but she says she did not know anything was wrong and did not act illegally. She is now dealing with whichever party owns and pursues the claim. So the key idea is: Erika has not been ordered to pay $25 million. Instead, someone has bought the right to try to prove in court that she should. Erika Girardi trial update: The District Court was advised late last night of the April 23, 2026 sale date motion set for 10:00am. No continuance was made and they alerted the court that the buyer was advised of the May 19, 2026 trial date. Oppositions to this sale motion are due on 4/22/26. Erika is in complete panic mode!

Update on the Christopher Psalia lawsuits against Erika Girardi. The federal lawsuit has been sitting for a year due to the appeal by Erika of her loss on the anti-slapp motion. Then, in October of 2025, the 9th Circuit said no more appeals for these type of motions on a related case. Then, on March of 2026, the parties to that case appealed to the Supreme Court. The 9th circuit held the mandate until that appeal is decided. Erika bought herself another five months. As for Florida, Erika has been trying to dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction and just filed her reply brief saying she has no contacts with Florida. 🕶️🕶️Erika Girardi's attorney admits in this uncovered email it is his fault he did not complete his pretrial documents in a letter to the Court sent yesterday. Erika has been blindsided by this unique development. Borges her attorney is scrambling for cover. He also tells the Court he is not opposed to a 30 day continuance so the new buyer of our lawsuit that we filed for the Trustee can be evaluated and implies she could buy the claim. Nonsense! @erikajayne is never going to spend $2,000,000 to buy the claims against herself. If she offered $2M, the case would have settled. Erika has never tried to meaningfully pay the victims in this case. Erika has only delayed, fought, and obfuscated facts. The new buyer will be ready to pounce on Erika and win the case. Now, Erika is in the ultimate rock and a hard place because a well funded adversary has paid $2,000,000 to pursue her. We have always said the claims we put in the complaint were valuable and worth $25M. We are glad someone else saw this and is paying hard cash for these claims.
