Chelsea gave Tosin (a mid table CB at best) £120k a week when we signed him on a free.
Konate is currently on £150k a week. I’d love it if we could pay someone who’d upgrade the team but unfortunately Konate isn’t mates with dictator Joe Shields.

Love him or hate him, Maresca deserved backing and was let down massively by the idiots we have in the boardroom.
The same idiots that replaced a great manager with a PE teacher which tanked the rest of the season.

Feel for Palmer being left out because he’s still England’s biggest game changer even if off the bench but he’s been below par this season.
Still think it’s a mistake from Tuchel not taking him but he’s struggled with injury so selfishly for Chelsea a summer off is very welcome.
