Wrong, the policy means that twitter must be able to block users (which they can in their admin tools). Not that other users must be able to block each other.

For reference at one of my jobs we had ~160 staff, ~80 product/dev/ops and at any one time probably there was 0.5 of a person even looking at the production service.

This is so damn funny to me. The browser extension has been at the top of /r/programming all day and all the comments are ripping into how shit my code is. The truth is we hacked the extension together in a hour flat last night and I posted it to reddit and forgot about it.

2. Navigate to "about:addons" in firefox (Ctrl Shift A or Option->Add-ons and Themes"
3. Click "Extensions" on the right
4. Click the settings icon -> "Install Add-on From File..."
