Wildlife on our new notes, great. But your listeners should know. Thankfully we’ve no captive performing dolphins in the UK but we use deadly chemicals which kill bees, and pregnant & nursing hares can be shot any time. Valuing our wildlife means more than putting it on notes.

For the first time, an entire river catchment has been formally recognised as a living ecosystem with rights - including the right to flow, thrive, regenerate, and be free from pollution.
