So @AskKlarna email to say payment failed due to no bank details, but details were mandatory during purchase, agent says direct debit was removed, nothing removed by me or @HalifaxBank, klarna says they don't see details. Anyone else experienced this? @SamsungUK@MoneySavingExp
I call BS on their excuses, it looks like they failed to setup the direct debit or lost the details, all details were provided during checkout. Best they can do is tell me they will take 5 days to investigate.
Not impressed with @NandosUK Stratford Westfield tonight, chicken turned up absolutely stone cold, no apology when we went back tk counter, just a member of staff yelling "customer complaint, remake it".

Hey @Nike/@NikeService/@nikestore, I returned a pair of 270's after 6 weeks because they are faulty, but I am told I can only have a refund, not a replacement, and if I want another pair, I now have to paid £50 MORE than the original purchase price. How is that reasonable/ legal?
Hi @Douane is there a VAT refund point at Amsterdam Centraal now? If not, can I get VAT refund forms stamped at Schipol or the ferry terminal when travelling by @Eurostar@EurostarUK back to London?
