Think I’ve fallen in love…watching Nicky Wire @Manics last night…can see that white baby in my hands soon (the bass not Nicky obviously! -although that would be a bonus 🤪)

Had a great day in Cardiff ahead of @Manics and @suedeHQ gig tonight at Cardiff castle…in usual @StricklandBrode and I obviously had a mooch around the guitar outlets 🤨🤪 now out for grub and a few scoops before the gig. Listened to the sound check before, sweet. 🤘🏻🎸

Have an Epiphone Jack Cassidy, love the sound, neck is slender but the body makes it an uncomfortable play. Strap nut is on the back which pulls the body forward. Any ideas for an upgrade semi hollow body? Would love a white falcon but my budget will not stretch that far!

Put my new P through its paces today…pity my playing was not up to standard, but hey ho, didn’t ace the bass today (no pun) but I finished off by thrashing on the drums and shredded wood 🤣

Suppose you need a P bass in your stable…looking at this although worried the neck maybe too fat (american pro II 63 c neck), in love with finish though (never been a fan of sunburst don’t shoot me down) Can’t stretch to a custom shop swapping out the neck 🫣
