Insomnia triggered by swarming ideas or urgent work that needs to be completed-Is there a name for it & how frequently does it occurs to anyone who can relate to such? Don't get me wrong,I am a deep sleeper but the thrills of ideas that could be executed keep me awake sometimes

Colonialism was bad but, as Wangari Maathai said, after 62 years since Nigeria’s independence, you can’t blame Colonialism for the lack of investment in Education, lack of Power or the mindless looting of public funds. The Asians have moved past Colonialism. Africans too should.

Sometimes it takes not having access to something to realise how significant the thing is, even though through routine usage and application,it's significance may have been obscured by other valued entities.
