.@wkuforensics captured the sweepstakes championship at the 5th Annual NFA-LD Grand Prix hosted by the University of North Texas Debate Team in Denton, Texas. Additionally, the Lincoln-Douglas Debate Coaches Association awarded several honors at the tournament to recognize season-long competitive and academic success. Multiple Hilltoppers were recognized as National Debate Scholars and earned spots on the 2023 All-American Team, plus individuals earned recognition as Emerging Debater of the Year, Judge of the Year, and the Student Choice Award.
