There is a psychological effect called the Dunning-Kruger effect.
And it explains that people who lack knowledge in a domain are often unable to accurately assess how much they don’t know.
And as they learn more, their self-assessment usually becomes more accurate.
This effect can be explained in 4 phases

i would never discredit a woman’s work or work ethic
but i have observed, that women seem to have an edge in terms of having a profile or growing a brand (an observation that could be a little bias, i could be wrong)
but for the other parts of web3 that does need the revealing of a gender, there’s no advantage.
your work = your result regardless of your sex.
