Terribly sad news about the passing of Kenny Jackett 🙏 An absolute gentleman who I had the pleasure of working with at a charity dinner and he was a lovely man. Kenny was kind and generous and had some amazing stories and was so warm with the supporters in the room. There was a great story about him giving a lift home to some supporters on the team coach after an away game - but that’s just who he was! Football wise - he walked into a storm at Molineux, set the rules out from the start - and brought professionalism, experience and stability to the choppy Molineux waters at the time and created us a team to be proud of and wonderful memories of that League One season. There quite simply was NO better man for the job. ❤️ My thoughts are with his friends and family - but I am so grateful that he managed our great club and indelibly left a mark that shaped our future. RIP Kenny ❤️❤️

Peak Wolves to have brought in a manager to prepare us for the Championship and then we sack him as he is preparing us for the Championship.

It would be lovely to hear from all the football experts on here about Cesar Peixoto’s record and why they always thought he’s the man to bring us up from the Championship ….

RE was even in the Raul release video less than 48 hours ago ….because clearly NOBODY at the club knew! It proves that the custodians have outside influences in their ear namely Mendes who has created his carousel the perfect storm. Peixoto a Portuguese journeyman will be pushing the influx through and believe me - this will not be a Nuno mk 2. I’m also a big believer in how people are treated - and the fact Rob has been visually instrumental in our recent signings and now sacked just hours later underpins the lack of principles and football knowledge that circle our hierarchy. The shit show continues.

It appears to be the Wolves way. This has been handled very badly IMO and the timing STINKS! Just as the fanbase and momentum was turning a knee-jerk reaction by Fosun….. with a Zenga-esque feel to the new manager. Mendes is clearly behind this appointment and this is after I believe last week RE was given assurances. Bear in mind Hobbs went then Teti - zero stability again behind the scenes on the football department. More non-sensical decisions. Replacing a manager with Championship experience with a recommendation on a nod - wink and a say-so! I don’t believe a WORD our owners say. As a fan, it feels like we are back to square one after being on cloud 9 for the last 7 days. Love my club. Hate our owners.

To be fair Rob never mentioned this yesterday so it would be a shock to him as much as it would be to us. There are players coming who believe in Rob and the project - and the backing of him is down to the fact he was brought in for THIS season and not last. This would be a very risky move by the hierarchy when we have a manager in situe who knows the Championship and that was always his remit from the get-go.

Now this is a player if we could get I’d definitely bring back. Still only 30 - would add pace to the squad….naturally knows the area and the club and would be unplayable in the Championship! Also had a great partnership with Raul and would offer us something different. Arguably, the best football of his career was played at Wolves - so now as a free agent I think he’d be a great coup!
