My baby girls finished first school ?! Couldnβt be prouder, after a rough two year pandemic she made school council, did a leadership course for play leader and got bronze silver and gold in reading champion badges ! Courage, kindness and determination my darling !!

Feeling the burnout at the moment but despite this Ive the pleasure of supporting/coaching/leading colleagues from such broad professions in the NHS.Today my mood was lifted by a coachee & my long service award in the post for 12 & a half years at MPFT.Thank youπ

Had a Brilliant time at Boxercise tonight - did I want to go, no, why, because I was tired and worn out! How do I feel now, amazing. Exercise is so good for the soul and also spending it with colleagues, laughing, and connecting - thanks @KBradley70 for holding it tonight ! π₯
