Why would a home owner want home prices to go down? It is an investable asset class like any otherx Some safeguards do generally exist to help actual users but there's no investor or owner that would want prices to go as low as possible everywhere Or did i miss something again

Around 2016, lots of projects used to raise BTC or ETH funding. That was a great source of buy support. In 2026, I hardly see companies, small businesses, startups or creators raising BTC or ETH. It's hard to imagine why that doesn't happen a LOT. Maybe that use case got killed

Since tick season is upon us, I thought I’d share the tool I use for tick removal. It’s called the Tick Key. It’s super easy to use, as I demonstrate in the video. I’d rather be prepared with a proper removal tool than MacGyver removing a tick with tweezers and risk not getting the whole tick out, which can cause more problems afterward. After removal, it’s always a good idea to clean the area and keep an eye on it for any irritation or symptoms. Stay safe out there this season!🌿
