Unbelievable incompetence @FedEx. They lost package over a week ago. Requested info from me via X and email. I replied every time, even though I am not the shipper! They just closed ticket saying I never responded. Use @UPS to avoid these idiots. (And package still lost).

Still waiting - @FedEx - package (due last Monday) left Orlando 8/19 and has not been heard from since. Ticket open over 24 hours with no news. It is a 65lb package. Surely someone must be able to see it somewhere....

I cannot believe how bad @FedEx is these days. We have a package that was originally supposed to arrive last Monday. Stuck in Orlando for three days. I just got these three texts in succession (note the date on my screen)
