We went down to Kennedy&Co Hairdressing, one of our placement partners. We spoke to Salon Manager Chelsea, and she said the best part about taking on trainees is “seeing them achieve their goals and be proud of themselves." Thanks to everyone at Kennedy&Co!😊

We had a great time attending the careers day at Shawlands Academy, taking the opportunity to showcase the confidence building, employability skills and mentorship we provide with our programmes. We help young people make the transition from education into the world of work.

Cerys recently completed the Pathfinder programme. Her passion for hairdressing was evident, so after a 12 week placement with industry expert Paul Allan, Cerys has secured an apprenticeship and will be working at the salon. All of us at Pathfinder and DRC are so proud.
