As Work Wise Week #workwiseweek draws to a close for another year, we would like to thank everyone who took part and gave their support in these unprecedented times, especially our Strategic Partners and Guest bloggers. From all at @workwiseuk
This blog is a welcome contribution on the collective side - with given the diversity of business needs - a focus on information, advice & guidance, best practice & the need for a structure of negotiation rather than labour law. Individual bargaining on T&Cs needs similar work.
